Lena Virginia Haynes, age 86, of Harrison, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Apple Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation in Harrison. She was born May 21, 1925, in Hill Top, Arkansas, the daughter of Charlie and Mary Ellen (Thomas) Binam, who preceded her in death. Lena was a member of Red Oak Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter Linda Powlison and host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation is open.

Graveside funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, May 4, 2012, at Hill Top Cemetery, with Pastor Gary Crawford officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are the staff of Apple Ridge Health and Rehabilitation.
