February 12, 1926 - June 20, 2006

Clarence Melvin Persinger, age 80, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2006. He was born to the late John and Eva Jane Persinger in Chappell, Nebraska.

Clarence was retired from the City of North Little Rock. He was a member of the Independent Baptist Church in North Little Rock.

He is survived by his wife, Oralene Persinger; three daughters, Gail Williams, Ginger Bruner and Glenda Schmidt; three stepsons, Thomas, Jerry and Robert Blackwell and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 23, 2006 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel (791-7400). Interment will follow at Edgewood Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M., Thursday, at the funeral home.
