Robert Woodson Owen, 27, of Bryant died Wednesday, November 16, 2005 in Hoxie, AR. He was born on February 28, 1978 in Bull Shoals, AR. He was a lighting technician for Ozark Lighting, Inc. in Bryant.
Survivors include his parents, Burl Woodson and Paula Jean Owen of Bryant; sister, Shelli Madison and husband Mark of Benton; niece, Baileigh Heffington; nephews, Colton Heffington and Preston Madison; uncles, Dale Calvert Owen of Woodbridge, England, Blake Owen of Benton, Randy Shick of Nebraska, and Tommy Shick of Mountain Home; aunt, Sharon Cranfill of Flippin, several other relatives, and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 19, 2005 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047) in Benton with Bro. Carroll Brown officiating and a second service 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2005 at White River Full Gospel Church in Flippin, AR with Bro. Kyle Jefferson officiating under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Mountain Home (870-425-2161). Pallbearers are Ron VanHook, David Rounsaville, Matt Owen, Tony Owen, Jason Ford, and David Barintine. Interment will follow in Flippin Cemetery. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight, November 18th, at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton.

We are so sorry for your loss. I met Robert on the freeway last year after we had a minor accident and he was so nice and concerned with me not being injured. At the time, Don knew he was Burl's son and didn't want to file anything on insurance, but last week we found out that Shelli was a close friend of our daughter Jennifer.
