On behalf of our family, I want to thank everyone for your thoughts and your prayers during this time and really for the past year. Our family has been handed an enormous test of faith since last fall that many could not endure. But, Dad taught us perseverance and how to be strong through tough times. He never gave up on me while I was so sick and near death. He DID NOT lose his battle either! He has now been rewarded by The Most High God for his faith, love, generosity and the legacy that he left here on earth. Very few men earn the respect and love of so many. His integrity and character will always be remembered by everyone who knew him. We grieve every day but we rejoice that God gave us the privilege to be Dads family and friends. He loved you and we love him! I am so blessed and fortunate to be his son and only hope and pray to be remotely the great man that he is. Thank you all again and continue to pray for Mom and our family because these days are hard. We love you too.
