Wanda J. Minix, 77 of Bigelow, died February 24, 2013. She was born January 13, 1936 in Denton, Texas to the late Charlie and Annie Irene Horton Hogan. Her son, Travis Wayne Minix also precedes her in death.

Survivors include two daughter, Tawanna Tackett of Bigelow; Julia Minix-Goss (Teddy) of Bigelow; seven grandchildren, Hunter Tackett; Walker Tackett; Travis Minix Jr., Tyler minix; Austin Minix; Michael Minix; Emily Goss; three great grandchildren, Maddy minix; Travis Minix; Chloe Minix; three sisters, Jeanan Gizzi; Dena Reneau; Billye Phelps; two brothers, Wayne Hogan (Shirley); Tommy Hogan; several nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway.

Tawana and Walker, I"m so sorry for your loss...I loved your mom! I remember meeting her and Walker in downtown Little Rock to watch the fireworks. I know how much she loved you Walker...the fishing trips. I wil be prayin for all you, including Julie. Love all of you
