Dear Joe and Laura - I have such fond memories of Shirley and my mom - her best buddy. My mother, Wendy, passed away in 2018 and I have some terrific old cassettes from their years of communicating that I have downloaded. Would love to share them with you - Shirley's voice, so dear to my mom and me! Please email me so I can send them to you via internet if possible. Best Regards, Teri, Gary and family

Hey Joe & Laura - I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I want you both to know that she was a WONDERFUL LADY. I could really call her about my Aunt Betty and it would not go anywhere else. We had several different calls talking for hours. Everytime I came to Batesville she would come over and I would talk about the beautiful old ladies...usually they had just gotten their hair done. I will keep you both in my prayers and there is another angel in Heaven.
