My thoughts and Prayers go out to Barbara's family she was a great lady and will be very missed.God Bless

Words can't describe the sorrow I feel. Barbara was like a mother to me, I have so many fond memories of her, from working with her in her store to spending the weekend at her house and going to games with her and Bob. She was always there for me. I am comforted in knowing that she is in Heaven looking down on us and is in no more pain. Continued thoughts and prayers for her loving husband, Bob and the rest of the family.

Barbara was a special patient[and friend]--thought all her adversities she keep her smile and laughter. I never knew what to expect when she came but she was going to kid me, make me smile and say some to get my goat---she always looked like a million dollars in her Hog outfit.----always ready to fight her health issues--always ready to call the Hogs----what a girl!!!!!!!!!!! one of a kind!--I will miss her so
I enjoyed meeting her son --smart ,kind, future of medicine--Barbara will con't though him-----------------her husband is a one of a kind--never have I seen a man support his spouse so-always there to fight for her--we all could take an example from him--what a man
I was getting ready todays service and got called to the ER--I pray Barbara understands[she knows what happens to people]----
In the bible the Lord tells us there is no pain in Heaven and that he wipes away our tears--we should have peace with that---I pray that he helps wipe our tears on earth in the upcoming months

We are so sad. Barbara is a Best Friend and I loved her dearly. Bob and Barbara have always held such a special place in our hearts. I can't count the times they have stayed with me to help through some very difficult times. Barbara had such a BIG heart and was always ready to uplift and encourage.
Such a Blessed friend. Our hearts are broken and we miss her so. We love you Bob. Peace. Love. Friendship forever.

I went to school with Barbara for many years and graduated with her from CHS. We were both looking forward to our Conway High School 45th class reunion this October. I always enjoyed reading her post on Face Book about the Razorbacks, because she would always close with " The Hog Lady said that." The last time I heard from Barbara was May 9, 2011, to send her condolences in the loss of my mother. I'm going to miss my friend. My prayers are with Bob and the rest of Barbara's family.

My sincerest condolences to the Steeps Family.I love "The Hog Lady". She was such a joy to everyone who knew her.I know she is in Hog Heaven calling those Hogs with Paul. The Razorbacks have an angel looking over them from. God Bless.
