We are so shocked at Kristin's passing. She had an incredible gift of making others feel comfortable and welcome. We will always be indebted to her for the dedication she had as a school nurse. She was very caring with our girls and was instrumental in educating the school and student body about the seriousness of food allergies. She will be missed greatly. Love Zahra and Nazer

I am so shocked to hear of the loss of Kristin. She took such good care of my little girl while she was @ PA.
I rememeber the day that Alex hit her head on the playground and Mrs. Kristin calmed her down and applied some steri-strips until I could get there. By time I got there she was no longer crying and was so brave while she had to get her stiches. She said Mrs. Kristin said it wouldn't hurt!!
I am sorry for your loss. You'r family will be in our prayers. Please tell your children how much she will be missed by so many.
I worked with Kristin as an assistant to her when she was a nurse at Jeff Jr High in Columbia, Mo.

We had the honor of knowing Kristin from IU and we are so saddened by her loss. She always had that amazing smile and high pitched voice that fit her bubbly personality to perfection. She always was the eternal optomist and had faith in everyone and everything. I remember her getting Kevin donuts when he was sick, walking downstairs to get Lee and I our remote control, sitting out with us in the rain at a John Mellencamp concert and studying with her to make sure she got through the Chemistry part of her Nursing class. She was a joy to be around every single day we were blessed to spend with her. To Kevin and the rest of your family, we offer our condolences and hope that just the thought of her smile helps brighten up even the darkest of days. You have all our love!
Sincerely, Rob and Melissa Kania
Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Claybrook family. We hope you find comfort knowing that we are praying for all of you.

My prayers and thoughts go out to Kristin's family at this time. You will be missed.
Ruth and Family: You and Kristin have been in my prayers for months. I was so sad to see in the Herald Times that Kristin was called home to become one of God's most beautiful angels. May God be with you Ruth, Monty and family in the days ahead. You will continue to be in my prayers.
We are so sorry for your loss.
Kevin, you and your children are in our thoughts and prayers. Comfort comes from knowing she is in the presence of our Lord and Savior, and knowing we will see her again in heaven.
Kristin's beautiful smile, twinkling eyes, and giggly laugh...things that instantly come to mind when I think of her! Please know your family is in my thoughts and prayers as you go through these difficult days ahead. May God's love wrap around you and hold you closely while giving you understanding of His plans.
My parents, Rev. Elven and Mary Hensley, and my husband and myself, Steve and Flora Harbin, wish to express our prayers to you and to your family. We did not know Kristin, but have seen her picture, as part of the Claybrook clan. Our families have been interwoven for many years, and we love Gerry and David as we have seen them more. Bro. Ed and Mrs. Kathleen have been mentors to us for many years. Douglas, our thought and prayers are with you and your children. May the Lord of all peace take you into His arms of love and hold you, when we cannot. Steve and Flora Harbin, Eleven and Mary Hensley
Angels walk the earth we know, but rarely do their lilting sounds, boundless enthusiasm, endless curls and loving dispositions shine through a countenance as brightly as Kristen's angelic nature did, lighting up her entire face when she spoke of her family.
Be made strong and gently be lifted when you look out upon those of us who come to mourn with you here. A great number and myself would knowingly volunteer for certain sorrow of loss again, just to be sure of being blessed by and to keep our moments in the presence of such a lovely lady.
May you take solace from those who stand in awe and sympathy, having only briefly met or been vastly privileged to care for her and may you be soon comforted in throngs of her smallest patients, whose ailments were held in the highest gravity by a nurse who always understood the grand size of the hearts they carry on their sleeves.
May each and every one of the hugs she so freely gave come back to you as being still from her love and may you thus have it be closer to coming true then: that one of the fairest angels of mercy who ever graced our lives will have succeeded in bringing about for you such a lasting joy no dimness can hold long against it and no sense of the journey going forward can be held in check, especially for her children.
All shall now be kept rather busy as most fervently and with enormous care her devoted friends take heaven to daily task, so that you and yours will yet be lovingly looked after, as we hopefully pray, in future and in forever as well.
Kevin and Family

How saddened I was to hear about Kristin's passing. She was such a bright and joyful young woman. Her smile did light up the room. I wept all the way through the video memorial as I know how hard it is to say Goodbye to someone you love so much. I will be praying, Kevin, for you and Kelsey and Kolton. May the Lord comfort you with the knowledge that she is still alive and that one day you will be reunited with her. No doubt, she and Aunt Gretchen are enjoying together the beauty and wonders of heaven.
My deepest heartfelt sympathy to Kevin and his family during this time of sorrow and loss.
Kevin, Kolton, Kelsey, Monte & Ruth - We were so very sad to hear of Krisitn's passing. She was such a beautiful person with so much personality and charm! I don't believe she ever knew a stranger. We became close friends from the first day she started her position as school nurse at Jefferson Jr. High. We know she is now an angel with a wonderful laugh and quick smile for all! You are all in your thoughts and prayers.
Kristen was such a joyful person with an exceptional smile. It was easy to have fun around her. She will be missed by many.
Good bye my friend. I was very lucky to have spoken to you over the last few months. I will never forget you, your kindness, your laugh, that voice. How bravely you fought this. You will be missed without measure. It was my honor to be your friend. God be with your family. Paulie
I am honored to have had Kristin as my neighbor. from the first time we met (at the mailbox) we hit it off. She was the ray of sunshine in a cloudy day. We shared a lot of laughs and neighborhood gossip at the
island between our houses, and as she battled her illness her faith never seemed to waver. I will miss her terribly, but God has better work for her to do upstairs. She was what we all need to strive to be!
Kristin inspired so many people with her compassion, dedication and her vitality. She treated her students and their families with respect. It was an honor to work with her. I am so very sorry for your incredible loss.
We had the high honor and great pleasure of knowing Kristin for over 18 years and 4 days short of 16 years as our daughter-in-law and sister-in-law. She was a vibrant, vivacious and beautiful woman in all respects. She had an infectious smile and unforgettable laugh. She was a loyal, loving and compassionate wife to our son Kevin and mother to our grandchildren, Kelsey and Kolton. We will not soon forget that mischievous grin that foretold some yet undiscovered consequence or that little pout which signaled some little disappointment. We loved her as our own and will miss her terribly. But alas, we will see her again when we finally join her at the feet of Jesus, her Lord and Savior. It is our prayer that the peace of our Lord Jesus will surround the entire family and friends during this time of mourning.
Every member of the family is in my thoughts and prayers.
I am shocked and extremely saddened for your loss. You are all in my prayers. God bless you.
I and many others at Carti are very sad for you and your family. Please know you are in our thought and prayers.
Kevin, Doug & Linda, sorry to learn of your loss. May the Lord put His Holy arms of comfort around each of you.
I am so sorry for your loss. Know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Kristin's untimely passing. I worked with her at PA and can still remember the bubbly and joyous way she would lead her own two children into school each morning. They were truly blessed to have her as a mom and my heart aches for their loss. My prayers are with your family.
On behalf of Kolton's martial arts studio, we want to express our sincere apologies for the loss of your loved one. She was such a bright & sweet lady with a smile on her face each time we saw her. She will be dearly missed.

That beautiful smile! Those gorgeous red curls! Those were the first things you noticed when you met Kristin. But I quickly realized that I was making a friend, one who never failed to be caring, patient, calm (that's a big thing with our little charges), reassuring, and healing. She made me tear up a little when she removed several splinters from my hand, and I returned the favor by surprising her with a birthday cake one year, which brought a joyful tear to her eye. Almost all encounters with this special lady ended with a smile and that infectious laugh, and I will carry that memory in my heart. God bless you, Kristin. Kevin, Kelsey, and Kolton, may our loving thoughts encompass you with peace and comfort as you go through this sad time. Love you, Melinda Marks, PA Library
I met Kristin this past year in a bible study group and she was such a genuinely sweet and happy person. I am so sorry for your loss. May God who is all wise and powerful watch over your family and give you peace during this difficult time.
You and your family are on my prayers
Our hearts & prayers are with the Claybrook clan in your time of grief.
Dear Mr Claybrook and Family, I knew your beautiful wife when she worked at Jeff Jr. She was the most charming and compassionate person I've ever met. Her smile would melt ice, and her laughter would make the sun come out. I am so very sorry for your loss. The world is a sadder place without her but the angels are smiling.
I didn't know Mrs. Claybrook, but I wanted to express my saddness to Dr. Claybrook. My wife, Pattie was a patient and she was most appreciative of his kindness and concern. She,too passed away in March. I want Dr. Claybrook, and family to know that others offer their prayers.
We so want to offer our sympathy for your family at this time. We love you Dr. Claybrook, you helped us through a very difficult time in our life with prostate cancer. Please know that you are in our prayers.

I was truly shocked to hear of Kristin's passing. Although I knew her for a short time, she was one of those people who lit up an entire room with her smile and genuine compassion for people. She was always wonderful to both of my boys at PA, and I have wonderful memories of the Williamsburg trip that she and I attended. She was such a light for Christ, and may you all be comforted in this very difficult time knowing that we all will see her again one day. Our prayers are with you all. Karen, Jack and Nick Phillips
I remember the first time I spoke with Kristin on the phone. It was about six years ago and the Claybrooks were moving to Little Rock and looking for a school for Kelsey. Kirstin was someone you just connected with immediately even over the phone. What a delight it was to finally get to meet her and her sweet family. PA was very fortunate to have the Claybook family a part of the PA family but they also had an added bonus with Kristin as the school nurse. Kirstin took great care of us all and the kids all kndw she loved them and she wanted to make them better. In fact, she loved them so much that sometimes the kids would fake it just to get so see Mrs. Claybrook. .Although she will be missed terribly, We were all so blessed to had had the opportunity to know and love her. I can't help but smile when I think of Kristin becasue she had such a contangious smile herselt. Kevin, Kelsey and Kolton you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love to you all. Janie Shirey
If it's possible, heaven must be so much brighter now that Kristin and her amazing smile have entered. Through my tears, I can't help but smile at Kristin's picture on this page. What a wonderful mom and person! Truly a shining light for Christ! I am praying for a peace that surpasses all understanding for the Claybrooks and Myers family. Thank you so much for sharing sweet Kristin with all of us.

I wish I knew the words to take away your pain and ease the burden of your loss. But all I know to do is pray for you soplease now you are in my prayers at this very moment. Kr istin was my collague, friend and school nurse while at Pulaski Academy. I will forever remember her never ending smiles she greeted each child with as they entered her office and the special way she loved and nursed one of my students and his family after he developed diabetes. She was my hero every time we hit a bump in the road with his blood sugar and she always calmly and lovingly knew exactly what to do. She will be missed and forever remembered. Please know your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Rissa Nettles
I met Kristen only one time but she struck me as very genuine and down-to-earth. I have prayed in earnest for her family, especially her children and husband.
I truly count it a blessing that I got to know Kristin over the past couple of years and call her my friend. She was always there to say an encouraging word, show compassion, and point us toward our Savior. One instance that sticks with me is one day during our bible study group when we were talking about "thorns" in our side, Kristin said that although the cancer had caused her and her family much pain and sadness, she would never ask that it be taken from her. She went on to say that it was because of the cancer and her fight with it that her faith in God had become much stronger and richer. She truly lived out how Paul described his response to the thorn in his side in II Corinthians 12: 7b-10. I will truly miss her smile and her outlook on life no matter if things were good or bad. Although I am heartbroken that my friend is no longer with me, I know that I will see her again and it won't be long. I am SO looking forward to that day! Missing you for only a short time my friend. Love, Kami
I have loved getting to know Kristin over the past couple of years and see her faith lived out as she battled her fight with cancer. One thing I will always remember is her saying to our bible study group one day when we were taking about "thorns in our side" that although she didn't like having cancer and all the pain and sadness it caused her and her family, she would never ask that it be taken away because it made her faith grow both stronger and richer. She truly lived out Paul's vision about how to live with "a thorn" from II Corinthians 12: 7b-10. I will truly miss her smile, her compassion and encouragement, and her outlook on life. She died just as she lived her life, with the BEGINNING in mind! Although our hearts are broken from her being gone from our presence, it won't be long until we are reunited again and I am SO looking forward to that day! Love you friend, Kami.
I am so sorry to hear the news of Kristin. She was so caring and good as my children's school nurse. She was a special person and God has special places in heaven for people like her! May you and your family have comfort and peace. You are in my prayers.
