Steve, Martha, Frankie & Joanna, I was so sorry to hear of Virginia's passing. I have so many great memories of her, and with you all, over the years. It seems like everyone in Olvey was family even if you weren't related. She was the end of an era for our community and church that will not be forgotten. I always enjoyed my time with her and will treasure it always. My love to you all and our prayers are with you in your grief.
I am so sorry for your loss. She was a sweet lady.
Virginia was like a second mom to me since they were neighbors and I spent lots of time with her daughter, Martha at their home. She was so dedicated to her family, church, extension club and community. Of the families in Olvey, when I was growing up, she is the last to leave her earthly home and join family, neighbors, and friends in a glorious place. Her sweet spirit and loving smile will remain with me forever. To all her children, I know how hard it is to give up a mom but rest in the fact that she is rejoicing her Christian life. May God comfort you in this time of saying your goodbyes until you meet again to a wonderful mother.
My prayers are with you.
Marvis and Joey
