Amy Manadarich & Family,
Although no words can really help to ease the loss of your grandfather, may your memories give you all strength. You and your family are very close in every thought and prayer.

I am so very sorry to hear about Sarge. My Dad was also at Fort Roots, and everytime we were there visiting, Sarge would make sure he came and talked to us and prayed for us. My Dad was in a lot of pain, and Sarge told us that every night he would listen for him and if he did anything out of the ordinary, he would get the nurses. He said he always looked out for his fellow commrades. And he did!! My Dad passed away last November, and I have thought about Sarge so often. The last time I saw him he told me that his health was starting to fail him. Please know that your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I will never forget this very kind, generous, man.

Steve, Bobbie and all the family, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Robert Finch had told me such great things about Sarge. Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with you, your family and friends in this time of sorrow, loss and grieving. Love and Blessings, Carolyn Hall Burnam

Our entire staff sends our thoughts and prayers at this time. Sarge was a wonderful man who could light up this clinic when he came in! We will miss him terribly!

Barbara and Craig, I am so sorry that neither Wendell or I were able to come to the visitation or the funeral service for Sarge. We were both sick the whole Labor Day week-end and not able to be up and around. Please know that we are thinking of you and your family at this time.

I will miss the "Sarge"! Not only myself but the personnel at The Retired Activities Offices at Little Rock Air Force enjoyed when the Sarge paid us a visit. He was a good man -- always had a smile and kind words to say! Again, I will miss seeing him in Vilonia and at the Air Base. May God grant each of you peace during your time of grief.

"Well done, thy good and faithful servant" Our prayers are with all the family .

Dear Barbara and Bobbie & Family,
I have been and will continue to pray for you all. May God comfort you as only he can. Love and prayers to you all!!!!!!
love, Marcy

Sarge Pollard will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Sarge and Norma took me into their home and loved me just like one of their own children. Sarge and Norma were wonderful people and I am so priveliged that God allowed them to be a part of my life. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time of great loss. Robin Lewis Hall

Craig, Barbara and family,
I had the priviledge of meeting Sarge one time. While visiting, you could feel his passion about the things he loved. So sorry for your loss.

When I sat at my father's bedside during his illness, Sarge would come in the room and pray with me and talk to Dad. Dad was a patient at the VAMC and he died in February 2010. This was so much appreciated. I am so sorry for your loss and my prayers are with you.

Your dad was always fun to talk to and serve when he came into Cash Lumber Co. I remember only a few of our non-builder customers, but Sarge was one I remembered quickly.
May God give you peace and comfort in your loss.
Ron Morris
