Lawrence L. Lauffer, 68, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord, Thursday, June 10, 2010. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri on April 6, 1942, a son of the late Sennett and Bonnie Merriott Lauffer. He was a mechanic with the United States Navy Veteran for 16 years. He was also a host to forty-plus foster children.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Mary L. Lauffer; sons, Rick (Joyce) Lauffer of Little Rock, Robert (Shana) Miller of Gardner, Kansas; daughters, Jenny Cooney of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Shirley Stone, Sandy Brown and Tammy Haggard, all of Little Rock; four brothers; one sister; seventeen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
Cremation arrangements are by Roller-Chenal Funeral Home.
