Dear Joanne, Shirley, Peggy, Patti,
Although it is always hard for those of us left behind when our loved one is called home with the Lord, we can find solace in knowing Uncle Frank is very happy, healthy and at beautiful peace and rest with the our Heavenly Father.
Love, Lonn

Peg'n,
I was so sorry to read about the loss of your dad. I tried to call on Sunday night, but got his recorder. When I heard his voice on the message, it took me back in time. It doesn't matter how long it's been since we've seen or talked to each other. You are always tops on my "special person list." We had some good times and alot of those were spent there with your sweet Mom and Dad. Please know that you and your entire family have my deepest sympathy. Much love, Russell

I will always remember Mr. Helen's sweet smile and his love of music. What a wonderul man. He will be missed.

Peggy and Patti,
Kathy and I send our deepest sympathy. We love you both.

I am saddened to learn of your fathers passing. I will remember his love for music. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

Peggy and Patti, I wanted you to know how much I loved Mr. Frank, as everyone else did. We were scared to death of him in High School, but his bark was alot worse than his bite. We have so many wonderful memories of our "rowdy days" and they will always be with us. I know my "Lorie" welcomed him in at those pearly gates, and the blessing we have is someday we will all rejoice together again. Love you all and will continue to pray for your strength. Jo Nell Mallory (Landers)

Frank was one of the finest people I ever meet. Our sympathy goes to the entire family.

Skeeter and I loved Mr. Frank. He had a great influence on us as a young couple at First Baptist. He taught our son Beau in Sunday school as a 4-year old. Beau came home one day singing a counry song, "Just a Swingin". We asked him where he heard it and he said Mr. Frank taught it to him in Sunday school. There was a t-shirt place on Military that would print on shirts back then and we had one made for Beau with "Just a Swingin'" printed on the front :) I loved hearing Mr. Frank sing alone or with the quartet. He had so much fun, and you could tell all his offerings were from love for God and love for his church. Thanks, Mr. Frank. You will be missed.

Patti & Peggy,
I am so sad about your dad's death. I know that you were looking forward to having him in VA with you guys and you worked so hard on making that happen. God had other plans and he is in a much better place reunited with your mom. May God comfort you and wrap His loving arms around you both and your family during this time.
Hope to be able to see you guys before you go back to VA.
Love to you both,
Judy

Our thoughts and love are with you all...

He was a gentle giant.....his smile was contagious.... His sense of humor was uncanny...... his love was unconditional..... he had a servant's heart, always there to help in any way he could.....He was a wise man and wanted the best for his girls growing up and continued that with the entire extended family. Music was his soul....the love of Jesus radiated on his face every time he sang. Heaven's choir is sounding better than ever now! I am honored to celebrate his life with this family who I love so much. We will all miss him for a while until we are all rejoined to walk the streets of gold together......"What a Day, Glorious Day That Will Be"!

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of your family.

I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I always loved Mr. Frank at the airport when I was a little girl. Love and prayers, Mary Grace Carson Kinder

God bless you.

I am saddened to here of Mr. Hellen's passing. I enjoyed hearing him sing at church and his smile also brightened my day. You are all in my prayers.

Dearest Peggy and family,
It is amazing to me how little interaction we had with the parents of our friends, unless, of course, we got into trouble during a visit at each other's houses. You know that NEVER happened...
When I think of your dad, I think of music. I remember liking the richness of his voice. It was so comforting and sincere when he sang, I was always moved. I know that you treasure his gift of music to you-that talent of his he shared and nurtured.
Please know you all are on my mind and in my heart.
As ever,
Nancy

I'm am so sorry to hear of Mr Hellen's passing. I lived only one house down from him my whole life and I have so many great memories of Halloweens and Christmases that He and Mrs Hellen would buy all the kids on the street "special" treats that were different than the regular treats for all the rest. He was truley a very special man that will be greatly missed!

With a sad heart, I learn of the passing of our Friend, Frank Hellen.
Mr. Hellen, willo be greatly missed by his Family, Friends, and church members at First Bapatist Church.
Thank you for sharing him with us these many years.
God Bless each of you and yours.
Mr. Hellen, You made a difference. You did in my life, anyway. Thank you.

Peggy,
Please convey to our sisters and family how sorry I am about your daddy. I am especially sad that that you had worked so hard on the arrangements to take him to Virginia and that he didn't make it. I am thinking of you and praying for you. I will see you in the next few days.
I am thinking that you are staying at the house?
Love,
Joyce
