Nickalus Charles Venable, 22, of Benton died Saturday, February 21, 2004. He was born March 24, 1981 in Benton. Nickalus was employed as an iron worker. He is survived by his parents, Lawrence and Sharla Venable; sister, Stacey Venable; half brother, Sammy Venable, and grandparents, Charles and Billie Webb and Peggy Jean Venable. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, 2004 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home (315-4047) with Rev. Jim Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in New Rosemont Cemetery. Pallbearers are Chris Halpain, Aaron Halpain, Michael Failla, Kelly Smart, Dusty Taylor, and Jerrod Summerville. Honorary pallbearers are Mark Orrell, Shane Mathis, Richie Colvert, Chris Barlow, Jonathan Newcomb, and Michael Hutchinson. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at the funeral home.
