Mrs. Branscum was born November 5, 1928 the daughter of Oliver and Florence (Jeffries) Moore.
She was a member of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Ronnie Branscum of Fifty Six; daughter, Ruby Winkle of Mtn. View; brother Claude Moore of Wichita, Kansas; sister, Laurie Taylor of Mtn. View; five grandchildren, Lisa Morgan, Michael Winkle, Amy Litterell, Nathan Winkle and Jacob Branscum and eight great-grandchildren, Lisa Michaela Winkle, Dustin Winkle, Baily Morgan, Brooke Litterell, Wyatt Litterell, Charity Litterell, Taylor Winkle and Nolan Winkle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Florence Moore; brothers, Hugh Moore and James Moore; sisters, Amy Fultz, Ima Rose Halpain, Shelby Jean Ausborn and Vada Parks.
Visitation is 6 8 p.m., Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Roller Crouch Chapel, Mtn. View.
Funeral service is 10 a.m., Monday, May 11, 2009 at Roller Crouch Chapel with Bro. Randy Long officiating and interment in Case Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Roger Hipp, Johnny Thomas, Danny Halpain, Bobby Halpain and Wayne Halpain.
