Carlin was a very special brother-in-law, and I will always miss him. We shared some really funny stories and more good times. Deb described his humor perfectly - "relentless" indeed. And we wouldn't have wanted to miss a moment of it!
I love all of you and was sorry not to be with you.
Just wanted to let you know how much I'm thinking of all of you. I'm sorry I wasn't able to make it back to the funeral, but you were all in my heart. Hope to see everyone soon.
Love, Wendy
I truly feel blessed to have had as my Dad and Mom as my Mom. Cheryl,l I will try and get "back home" this summer. Dad would have liked that. I miss him and his advice-also his relentless humor. I guess I just miss "him". Thanks for all the support . Love y'all. Debby
Sally, Deb, Danny and Dennis - Sorry that we were too far away to 'come home' but you are all in our prayers. We will miss Uncle Carlin but always remember him with a smile. Let me tell you, he was quite the character and that's why we loved him so much.....They just don't come any better.....
All our love, Cheryl & Randy
I will forever love and miss you. Thank you for loving me without reservation. I know you will enjoy the stories my dad has to tell you about the war and I know he will thank you for loving me as he did. Until we meet again, you will never be forgotten.

We all will miss him!! Sally will be in our hearts!!
Those of us who have been fortunate enough to have had Carlin be a part of our lives will miss him deeply. He was a very dear, sweet man who always made you feel welcome into his heart. All of the people who shared the "growing up" years of our children together on Gilpin St. have remained friends for 45 years. We will all carry Carlin in our hearts forever.
Blessings to Sally, Deb, Danny, Dennis, the Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren. Peace be with you.
Love to you all,
Lisa, George and Steve
May the Blessings and Peace of God fill the void in your lives today and in the weeks, months, and years to come.
