March 1, 1926 - April 22, 2008

James Dwight Dew, 82, Osceola, entered into rest Tuesday, April 22 at NEA in Jonesboro. Born March 1, 1926 to Noah "Jim" and Mayme Dew in Dell, AR, he was of the Baptist faith, an Army WWII veteran in the 242nd Rainbow Infantry Division, and a member of the American Legion. He leaves his wife, Dorris Dew of Osceola; a daughter, Donna Poynor of Osceola; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jim Dew; and a sister, Billie Waxler. Brothers Ryan Morris and Todd Vinson will be officiating at Graveside service.
