A short life was lived but "Little Tuffy" was a true fighter. In his 7 weeks on earth, God used him to touch the hearts and lives of many, physically and spiritually. His presence brought family and friends together for the Honor and Glory of God. Now he is resting and at peace with our Lord and Savior.
Joshua Randall Fortner, Jr., infant son of Joshua Randall Fortner, Sr. and Amy Lynn (Gajeski) Fortner of Conway, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2007 at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.
He was born August 18, 2007 in Conway.
He is survived by his parents; his sister, Mallory Lynn Fortner; grandparents, Randy and Rita Fortner and Mike and Karen Gajeski, all of Conway; great-grandparents, John W. Johnson of Conway and Virginia and Gerald Edwards of Greenbrier; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and church family at Oak Bowery Baptist Church in Conway.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Barbara Ann Johnson, Norbert Gajeski, Elsie and Joe Tease, and D.D. and Lilas Fortner.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Bowery Baptist Church, Rev. Tim Nolan officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bowery Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
