Carolyn Jeanette Wright was born March 10, 1948 in Clarksville, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Marie Crotts. She died January 5, 2011 at her home in Clarksville, Arkansas, at the age of 62. She was a retired Clarksville Public School Teacher and a member of East Mount Zion Trinity Baptist Church, member of Johnson County Retired Teachers. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Wright.
She leaves behind her son, Douglas and wife, Kelli Wright of Clarksville, Arkansas; daughter, Porsha and husband, Jason Russell of Ozark, Arkansas; sister, Linda and husband, Quentin Pye of Weatherford, Oklahoma; brothers, Kenneth Crotts of Lamar, Arkansas, Mitchell and wife, Connie Crotts of Waldron, Arkansas, Robert and wife, Dena Crotts of Tampa, Florida; grandchildren, Noah Wright, Anna Grace Wright, Tanner Russell, Mattie Russell.
Visitation will be 6-8p.m., Friday, January 7, 2011 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home, Clarksville, Arkansas. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 8, 2011 at East Mount Zion Trinity Baptist Church, Clarksville, Arkansas. Burial in Holman Cemetery, Lamar, Arkansas. Brother Robbie Jackson officiating.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Crotts, Clayton Crotts, Paul Crotts, Jason Pye, Leo Knoernschild, Doyle Jordan.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Noah Wright, Anna Grace Wright, Tanner Russell, Mattie Russell, Matthew Crotts, Jeremy Pye.
Roller-Cox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Jeanette always had a smile for her friends and we loved seeing her out with her grandchildren. How happy she was! Now she is reunited with Jimmy and their love will be eternal. Metta & Rick Holman and Amber (Holman) Hooten

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. She was truly one of the best teachers at Clarksvile. I can't believe she's no longer with us. I pray that all of the family are at peace and know they will see her again someday.

So sorry and shocked to hear of Jeanette's passing. I was a friend and classmate of hers at Lamar High S chool and later attended The University of the Ozarks with her and Jim. They are both greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this sad time.

My heart is sadened knowing Jeanette is no longer here with us but my soul rejoices knowing she is in Paradise with Jesus and all her loved ones who went ahead of her.
