Cynthia Renee Ragland

of Harrison, AR

January 31, 1960 - March 7, 2024

Cynthia Renee Ragland, age 64, of Harrison passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side on March 7, 2024 at Cox Medical Center Branson. She was born January 31, 1960 in Harrison to Sidney and Sylvia Cole Ragland.

Renee taught at Bergman School District her entire teaching career until she retired in 2023. Renee loved teaching and made an impact on many students' lives. She often told stories of her students and the moments when her students would grasp the lesson or get excited about a book or project. She poured her heart into teaching and made many lasting friendships with the faculty and staff at Bergman. Renee loved to crochet and would often gift others with a hat, scarf or bag that she had made. Renee was also a believer in aliens and Bigfoot, but more importantly, she was a believer in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We are comforted to know that she has been made whole and is rejoicing in her eternal home.

Renee is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Liz and Brandon Cone and Sara and Russell Borland; One Grandson, James Cone; her sister, Cheryl Ragland and her brother, Kyle (Gina) Ragland; nieces, Shelby Gregory and Kayla Ragland; nephew, Cole Ragland and a host of family, friends and critters. She was preceded in death by her parents and her Yorkie, Bella.

Visitation was Monday, March 11, 2024 at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

The graveside service was on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Maplewood Cemetery.
