I had the privilege of attending church with Mrs. Kay, being in Sunday School Class, getting to know her even more doing a group bible study class, and she also taught both of my step kids. She was the one of the sweetiest ladies I have EVER known!!! The community of Mount Vernon-Enola was fortunate to have such a positive role model teaching young children!!! My thoughts and prayers go out to Steve, and the two boys she raised. God Bless the McArthur Family!! Monday, May 07, 2012 |

God bless my life tremendously when He allowed our families to meet. Kay was a special person in my life. I loved to hear her sing. She ministered to so many through her testimony of singing. You could see her love of Jesus radiating through her voice and the expression on her face. I am praying for her family. Sunday, May 06, 2012 |

I remember Kay from my years of working with Steve. I used to love hearing his stories of her and his boys. One story that was especially funny was of Kay throwing her shoe. She also made the best Blackberry Cobbler I have ever had. I wish the best for her family as they will all be in our prayers. Sunday, May 06, 2012 |

Kay was a beautiful person inside and out. Always had a smile on her face and an encouraging word for those around her. She will be missed by all her friends , co-workers and family. Heaven is brighter today because of another saint gone home to be with God. Sunday, May 06, 2012 |
