All of my sympathy goes out to Mrs. Linda Harvey and the entire family, as well as the Central Arkansas Water family. Jim's life made a difference in my life. He was not only my immediate boss at CAW, but also a role model for maximizing one's potential. Anyone that really knew Jim understood what a humble over-achiever he was. He showed me that I could achieve any goal with enough hard work. Linda - his gentle and encouraging spirit shines just like the lovely Christmas tree in your home (smile). The presence of Jim's light will never fade. He will be easy to recognize when we see him again in glory.

Jim Harvey had such a positive and lasting impact on so many of the employees at CAW. I will never forget when I decided to go back to college. After finding out how many hours I would have to earn my degree I returned to work disappointed. Harvey looked me in the eye and said "Odette the time will pass whether you are in school or not so you might as well go to school." That statement changed my life. I graduated from college and later from law school. Through it all, Harvey was there to encourage me. He will truly be missed and I thank God for the difference he made in my life.
