Stanley & Virginia Pollard

Rowlett, TX

Janette and Kids:

So Sorry to hear about Fred, but as I mentioned to Freddie and James He's in a much better place and free from pain in heaven with God.

So many memories of Fred at Central Bapt., as an adult, Dad of the kids, my high school Sunday School teacher, and Champlin of the Scout Troop (555) for my 5 years as a Scout and then throught the years I was Asst. Scoutmaster and my 2 times as Scoutmaster. He touched the lives of well over a 200 boys + adults as Chaplin, as well as a Sunday School teacher.

We'll miss Mr. Campbell

With our love,
Stanley & Virginia Pollard

Debra (Tullock) Brooks

Lonoke, AR

Freddie, I was so sad to read of your father's passing. He was one of the first people I met when I started at the Arkansas Democrat in 1975. A true inspiration for all the people around him. He made an excellent cup of coffee on Saturday morning!

Scott & Brenda Arnold

Conroe, TX

While on vacation throughout Arkansas with Brenda & Freddie,we had the pleasure of being welcomed into Mr. & Mrs. Campbell's home. They were warm, friendly, very gracious; and made us feel immediately at home! Mr. Campbell like so many of the "greatest generation" reminded us through his comments and stories shared the importance of faith, family, and friends!! Having known Mr. Campell gives Brenda and I a greater appreciation for the important things in life he surely valued and passed on to his family. You are in our hearts and prayers. Travis, Jennifer, Trent, Angela, Brenda, and Scott Arnold.
