I will miss Sally, knowing how many memories we shared together. beginning with her mother Evelyn and father Phinis McAlpin. In her last years I know she
was confined & did not get out of her home very much.
She will be greatly missed.

Dear Tommy,Terry, Tracy & family,
So sorry to hear about Sally. She was a good Christian woman. She is now rejoicing with Jesus. Our prayers are with all of you. She always loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren. I remember Sally, the teacher. She was one sunday school teacher that left an impact on our son. She will be missed. Retain the good memories.

To Sally's family,
I learned of Sally's homegoing yesterday and was sad to hear of your family's loss. I did not know Sally very well, but we did raise our children in the same era and we used to see each other at the school functions that our children were involved in. I remember Sally being reserved yet a very pleasant and gracious Mother. Her testament as to who she was, in my opinion, are the children she raised to be adults. Tracy, of course is special to our family because she and Carla roomed together in college and shared being honor students in H.S. if I remember correctly. She and Carla have remained genuine friends since that time. I know Tommy and his wife, Kim. Kim has shared news of Sally and the family through the years since Sally had become home bound. Kim and I both work for Marion Schools. I never visited Sally, but thought of her often and prayed for her thinking what she must have been feeling and thinking as she was not able to be out any longer. I remember her Mother also and what a help she was to us during Carla's wedding. I did not know Terry, just that Tracy had a younger brother. You all have many memories with your Mom and through those memories she will live on. I pray God will supply comfort and meet your needs as you adjust to life without your Mom's presence. The care that all of you provided did not go unnoticed in the community and that to me shows a very loving and compassionate family.

Sincerely,
Chris Shoemake

We are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts are full of great memories from years back. Sally was always quiet and had a big smile on her face. We remember her fondly at this time.

So sorry for your loss. God has taken a very special lady from us. We have to remember though now she is pain free and looking down on her family. I am sending you all my love . We just lost Burt Saturday Morning, I am thankful that he is no longer in pain.
