Smitty was a kind, generous and honest man who always met you with a smile anytime you met him. I always enjoyed talking with Smitty any time I had work done on my automobile at his garage.

I was so sorry to hear of Bud's passing, I havn't seen you guys since Mom died and didn't know that he was ill. I know that he was greeted with open arms to his forever home by two people who loved him deeply, Emmett & Betty. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Uncle Bud, you shall be missed. Thank You for all the great memories I have of our time together. You were, and forever will be a wonderful loving man. You enriched many lifes. From one of the old fishing and duck hunting buddy's, Smitty rest in peace. I spent many a day and night fishing and hunting with this great man. He will always be remembered by me as a kind, giving man. He was very wealthy man because of his generosity. My prayers go out to his family.
