Billy, Beverly, Brenda and Shelly and family- Our deepest sympathy- you are in our thoughts and prayers. Dear Beverly and Family, I'm sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I would see him every once in a while and would ask about you. He was always nice to talk to and would keep me informed of your where abouts. My mother passed away last December and my dad passed away 4 years ago this December, so I know what a difficult time this is for you and your family, and just wanted you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you. I would love to hear from you if you get a chance. Send me an e-mail. Take care. Friday, December 04, 2009 |

Billy Joe, Beverly, Brenda, and Shelly, I was very sorry to hear of your Fathers passing. Joe was a good Father and Uncle. I will miss his calls from time to time as he called to check up on me and chat for a while. He was very proud of all you and kept me posted on how you were doing when he called. I wanted to be at the funeral but I was not able to book a flight to get there in time. However my thoughts and prayers have been with you during your time of sorry. May God comfort all you during this time. Friday, December 04, 2009 |

We were sorry to hear about Joe. I am Elwin Adkisson's wife. He passed away in 2006. His parent's were Fletcher and Iris Adkisson and were neighbors of the Stewert family at Naylor when Joe was growing up. Mrs. Adkisson and "Ms. Effie" visited from time to time and shared their garden bounty. Mr. Fletcher spent his days at the store playing dominos. Those were good times and we all have prciaous memories of it. We extend our deepest symathy to you in Joe's passing.
Sincerly, Imogene (Dean) Adkisson, for the Adkisson family Thursday, November 26, 2009 |

On behalf of the Burgin family, we all send our love and prayers for you, Erma, and your children and grandchildren. I remember Joe and a young lad when he, Sonny, and I went rabbit hunting (with a 22 rifle) one time in Naylor and saw him a Stewart family reunions but regret that I didn't have the opportunity to know him better over the years. He was a fine man. Bill Burgin First Cousin, Son of Blanch Stewart Burgin Monday, November 23, 2009 |
