Baxter Memorial Gardens was established in 1958 and purchased by the Roller family in 1973. The cemetery consists of approximately 43 acres with about half of it currently being used as cemetery property. Roller Funeral Home of Mountain Home sits on about 2 acres of land within this cemetery. The cemetery is divided into 9 sections. Within these sections is a Veterans Section, a Masonic Section, a Catholic Section and an upright monument section. It has mausoleums and columbariums.

The cemetery is located on Highway 5 North in Mountain Home.
